I highly recommend Wright Pet - Boarding and Day Care. Daisy is a rescue, and young in life and new to the world. I wanted to socialize Daisy to all things in a slow way to help her build confidence. One way was to see how she would do in a day care situation to get her socialized with new dogs/people. Her first Day Care trip she was a little nervous, but the ability to watch her on the live video stream was a neat way to see how she acclimated. They have a way to slowly introduce new dogs and I appreciated they gave her the patience she needed for the situation. She warmed up quick to the ways of camp and she since went back a few times. She comes home from Day Camp socialized and free of pent up puppy energy. I also needed some Boarding support for recent work travel and they have great facilities and very attentive staff. They are very accommodating and offer enrichment for their boarders; Daisy went on a Park Walk and had a great time! I absolutely love this place! I've brought my dog, Evie, for day camp and for boarding and it's always such a great experience. I love being able to receive her report card and photos as she's there as well as the cameras. The staff is always great and everything is very cleaned and maintained. My Lego had a great weeklong stay in the kennel. I was really happy with the care they took of him. It was a first-time experience for both Lego and me. They paid attention to his demeanor each day as he was nervous in a new place around new people and new dogs. He got to spend some time in daycamp and make new friends, and they also gave medical attention in my absence when he ended up needing it. Being able to check the cameras whenever I wanted from wherever I was really comforted me. I’m really glad I chose The Wright Pet and know I will again in the future!

I can’t say enough great things about The Wright Pet! From day one of my dog, Winston, attending day camp, the staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming—always happy to answer my questions and consistently greeting both my dog and me with genuine warmth. One of my favorite things is the daily report cards they send, complete with photos and personalized notes about my dog’s day. The details are so specific and spot-on ( matching behaviors we see at home), which tells me they really pay close attention and get to know each dog as an individual. My dog is a doodle with a big personality and some skin allergies, and they handle both with so much care and patience! If he’s ever having a skin flare-up, they’re quick to let me know—either with a call or at pickup, depending on what’s needed. The best part though - he loves going. He gets visibly excited on the drive over, tail wagging and all. It brings me so much joy to know he’s going to a place where he’s truly understood and cared for.

My dog LOVES going to Daycamp. I can hardly contain him when we pull into the parking lot. He is 16 months ago, high energy and he loves playing with the other dogs. I know he can be a bit of a bully and an attention getter, but the staff workers handle him well. Love the report card. They do a great job keeping the facility clean and keeping the dogs busy. He is really tired when he comes home.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of space for the pets to roam and play. The Wright Pet is the only daycamp/boarding facility I trust with my dog. This facility is one of cleanest I have seen in Cleveland. (I have visited other places and would not leave my dog due to cleanliness/sanitation) When you walk in, it smells clean and never smells like dog! I have also watched the daycare cameras and there is someone always making sure the pet areas are sanitized. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are on the ball and know exactly what is going on. I have never had an issue with my account billing or charges. They are kind, cheerful, and they know exactly who my dog is. They also send report cards daily with uploaded fun pictures. I always know my dog is in the best care when he is there for daycamp or boarding. We had a small issue with a nail trim and the owner Jack reached out to me immediately to resolve our issue. I highly recommend The Wright Pet! They are a fantastic team!

Emmy is an 18 month old Bernedoodle and has been going to day camp at The Wright Pet in Eastlake for several months. I saw The News-Herald article about The Wright Pet and decided to check it out. It has been great for Emmy to run around and socialize with other dogs. Emmy ... is kind of skittish around men, but she took right to Jack (owner) immediately. I love that they offer half day camp. This is the perfect amount of time for her to run around and burn off her energy. Emmy also had an extended stay while I was on vacation. She did well and Kristen was kind enough to provide updates when I emailed. They also have cameras so you can see your dog, whether playing or in their kennel. When Emmy goes to day camp, I am able to check in online and see her at play. The Wright Pet also sends a report card for Emmy, which includes pictures and how she did during the day. It is nice to have peace of mind when leaving Emmy in such great care and so close to home!!!! Thank you for providing such a safe space for Emmy!! She loves coming to see you!!!

My pup, Murphy, and I have had a great time with The Wright Pet! He has been there for day camp and has boarded with them when I was visiting family a couple months ago. I really appreciated being able to check the day care cameras to check up on him (he might not have separation anxiety, but I sure do!). The staff is great and I was confident that he was in good hands. I am visiting family for Christmas and won't be able to bring Murphy with me, but I can rest easy knowing that the folks at Wright Pet are going to take good care of my baby. Kristen and the rest of the staff are exceptionally attentive when it comes to Murphy and responsive when it comes to any question I might have. I respect their high level of professionalism and the highest level of care that they have given to Murphy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Boarded our 10 month old Bernedoodle for the first time for a week while on vacation - great experience. Got daily "report cards" as well as photos and could tell she was having a great time not only in her suite at night, but also with the day campers during the day, especially her new ... friend Captain. I cannot praise the Wright Pet Daycamp & Boarding enough!! My dog Rylee has been attending daycamp since early January! The square footage is amazing for high energy breeds, they are not fenced into little areas where their space is limited to run and play! Both Jack ... and Rob have an amazing love for dogs and they are both very attentive to the pets they are looking after. We feel very lucky to have a place Rylee can attend 5 days a week and we know she is very well cared for!! Their website is very easy to use and I love being able to check in on Rylee via webcam to see what she is doing!! Please take a tour, you will love the space! Rylee needs more friends to play with!!!

I have taken my 2 year old german shepherd here the couple times I have been out of town and have always been happy and he definitely seems to be as well. He is a very nervous doggy and is still getting used to being around other people. I got him untrained and just work with him on ... my own but the Wright Pet treats us both so kind and my Koda boy doesn't have any problem going which says a lot. We boarded our pack of 4 for a weekend stay. Very clean facility. The hours for boarding dropoff/pickup are wonderful.The staff was very nice and easy to work with. The staff does a great job at taking care of each dog every day. I love being able to check the webcams throughout the day - watching Sully play with other dogs gives me peace of mind. The report card is a great touch and it’s so fun seeing who his friends were for the day! They also offer to take your dog to get groomed at Bailey’s Bark (in the same building) while at daycare, so I don’t have to make a separate trip! I’m so thankful to have a place like The Wright Pet in our community. It’s a daycare that I can trust and is fairly priced.

We have a very shy rescue dog who doesn’t open up easily to any strangers but to our surprise after only the 2nd time being at doggy daycare he was SO excited about going there and has made a ton of friends. I've been taking my dog for almost a year and still love it. They are never overcrowded, and my dog went from being nervous and hiding, to running up to the doors and scratching at it within a few weeks. You can 100% book online, which helps if you have a constantly changing schedule or last minute house repair you want your little one out of the way. Prices are fantastic, and the report card at each visit it a great touch.

As a helicopter dog mom, I can’t stress enough how thankful I am with the staff of the Wright pet. From booking to pick up the staff was helpful, reassuring, knowledgeable, and caring. My pup boarded for almost a full week and was able to attend daycare during that period. I was able to watch live video of him at day camp and was given the cutest daily report cards. I am so thankful to them for caring for my pup so wonderfully. He was all smiles when I picked him up. I was amazed to see him so happy in a new environment.
